Our first mission for Dewi the dragon!

We received a QR code which led us to a website with a message from Dewi the Dragon. He is looking to fill his book of tales with stories and we have agreed to help him. Here is what we got up to with writing our first story!

Follow our instructions...!

Reception planted their own beans to see if we could grow a beanstalk as big as Jack did! Then we thought about how to write some instructions for other people to follow what we did. We used the book creator app to record a video-book of our instructions in groups. Have a look at the videos we made and see if you can grow beanstalks as tall as ours!

UFO crash landing!

A UFO has crash landed on our playing field! Mr Foster showed us videos of the crash, and then Mr Arthur showed us our mission from the Spacecraft Investiagtion Unit. We have to invesigate the crash site. Have a look at the video to see what we found!

We're going on a leaf hunt...

We're going on a leaf hunt, we're going to catch a big one... We had a discussion about Seasons, espescially Autumn, and then went for a hunt around the school for fallen leaves. We found loads, and we will be using them in class for lots of exciting things...
